Industry Description
A white to off-white emulsion with visible chunks of bleu cheese throughout. The flavor has typical dairy notes with a distinct bleu cheese flavor. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, water, bleu cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, natamycin (a preservative)), high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, salt, egg yolks, xanthan gum, spice, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added as preservatives, artificial flavor, monosodium glutamate.
