Industry Description
A red sauce with visible horseradish pieces throughout. The flavor is a tomato/horseradish blend. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Water, tomato paste, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, horseradish, salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, spices, dextrose, caramel color, natural and artificial flavors, dehydrated garlic and onion, monosodium glutamate, cellulose gum, malic acid, F.D.&C. Red no. 40.
