Industry Description
An off-white creamy emulsion with no evidence of lumping. The flavor is slightly tart with egg notes. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, egg yolks, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, water, salt, spice, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor.
