Industry Description
A white to off-white creamy emulsion with cracked black pepper and
parmesan cheese throughout. The flavor has typical dairy notes with
parmesan and pepper tones. The product shall show no evidence of
syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food,
Drug and Cosmetic Act.

(pasteurized part-skim
milk, cheese culture, salt,
enzymes, cellulose (anticaking),
potassium
sorbate to protect flavor),
egg yolks, distilled
vinegar, salt, modified
corn starch, lactic acid,
spices, sugar, natural
flavors, monosodium
glutamate, xanthan gum,
sodium benzoate and
potassium sorbate added
as preservatives, garlic
and onion powders, soy
flour, polysorbate 60, dehydrated onion.
