Industry Description
A white to off-white emulsion with visible relish pieces throughout. The flavor is a typical sweet/tart. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, water, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, cucumbers, modified corn starch, salt, egg yolks, corn syrup, dehydrated onion, xanthan gum, spices, onion powder, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, calcium chloride, alum, natural flavors, turmeric, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect polysorbate 80.
