Industry Description
A reddish pink emulsion with visible spices throughout. The flavor is a typical oil and vinegar Italian with raspberry notes. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Water, red wine vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, salt, dehydrated onion and garlic and red bell peppers, spices, concentrated raspberry juice, propylene glycol alginate, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, natural flavor, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, F.D.&C. Red no. 40, F.D.&C Blue no. 1.
