Industry Description
A white to off-white emulsion with visible chunks of bleu cheese throughout. The flavor has typical dairy notes with a distinct bleu cheese flavor. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, water, bleu cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, natamycin (a preservative)), distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, skim milk, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, egg yolks, whey, corn syrup, modified corn starch, xanthan and locust bean gums, spices, lactic acid, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added as preservatives, mono and diglycerides, sodium steroyl lactylate, dehydrated onion, soy flour, monosodium glutamate, disodium phosphate, artificial flavor.
