Industry Description
A white to off-white emulsion with seasonings and Parmesan Cheese mixed throughout. The flavor has dairy notes with the typical Caesar flavor. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Water, soybean oil, skim milk, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, cellulose (anti-caking), potassium sorbate to protect flavor), distilled vinegar, egg yolks, modified corn starch, sugar, whey, salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, hydrolyzed soy protein, concentrated lemon juice, spices, xanthan gum, lactic acid, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added as preservatives, anchovies, monosodium glutamate, caramel color, natural flavor.
