Industry Description
An pale yellow creamy emulsion with no evidence of lumping. The flavor is slightly tart with strong egg notes. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, whole eggs and egg yolks, water, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, concentrated lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, natural flavor.
