Industry Description
A creamy reddish orange emulsion with visible red bell peppers and relish pieces throughout. The flavor is a typical sweet/tart. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, relish (cucumbers, corn syrup, water, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, calcium chloride, alum, natural flavoring, turmeric, sodium benzoate (preservative), polysorbate 80), water, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, tomato paste, salt, egg yolks, cider vinegar, dehydrated red bell peppers and onions, modified corn starch, xanthan gum, spices, spices and colors, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, onion powder, natural flavor.
