Industry Description
A smooth reddish brown sauce with a typical sweet barbecue flavor and smoke notes. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
High fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, water, tomato paste, salt, modified corn starch, spices, caramel color, natural hickory smoke flavor, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, xanthan gum, onion powder, natural flavors, F.D.&C. Red no. 40.
