Industry Description
A red sauce with visible horseradish pieces throughout. The flavor is tomato/horseradish blend. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Water, high fructose corn syrup, tomato paste, distilled vinegar, horseradish, salt, modified corn starch, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, dextrose, spices, caramel color, natural and artificial flavors, dehydrated garlic and onion, monosodium glutamate, cellulose gum, onion powder, malic acid, F.D.&C. Red no. 40.
