Industry Description
A white to off-white creamy emulsion with ranch seasonings throughout. The flavor has typical dairy notes with spices. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, buttermilk, water, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, salt, egg yolks, lactic acid, xanthan gum, monosodium glutamate, sugar, natural flavors, garlic powder, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, spice.
