Industry Description
A white to off-white emulsion with visible relish pieces throughout. The flavor is a typical sweet/tart. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, water, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, relish (cucumbers, water, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, calcium chloride, alum, natural flavors), modified corn starch, salt, egg yolks, spice, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, onion powder, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, natural flavor.
