Industry Description
A yellowish tan emulsion with spices throughout. The flavor has a sweet flavor with Dijon mustard notes. The product shall show no evidence of syneresis and shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Ingredients
High fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, dijon mustard (water, mustard seed, distilled vinegar, salt, white wine, spices), corn syrup, water, modified corn starch, salt, honey, xanthan gum, turmeric, titanium dioxide (coloring), sodium benzoate added as a preservative, natural flavor.
